Deliciously mouth-watering dishes include Seared Scallops with Pumpkin Risotto, Squid Ink Tuile & Black Olive Powder, Slow Cooked Lamb Shank with Creamy Parmesan Polenta and Lamb Jus and Balsamic Glazed Shallots…but don’t forget to leave some room for dessert! Our gorgeous pudding selection includes Warm Chocolate Fondant with Homemade Pistachio Sorbet & Mixed Berry Sabayon or for those who would prefer something a little lighter, we recommend the Mojito Seasonal Fruit Salad with Lime & Mint Sorbet, Assorted Tropical Fruits and Fresh Mint…it will be impossible to say no!
